  I have been insured with Tim for a long time, I don't even remember how long but over 15 years. I have had several things happen over that time. Tim and his team has always worked hard for me and what was right. Great service!!!!

  Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We recently purchased a home and needed help figuring out what we needed for coverage on the house. Robin was super helpful and explained every step of the process and the different coverage options -- so we could make the right choice. We were very thankful for his dedication to get us the best coverage and the coverage that was right for us. We ended up switching our auto coverage to American Family as well because we were so pleased with our experience.

  This agency has provided me with the absolute worst service I have ever received from any insurance agency. The great price reflects the horrible service... I guess you get what you pay for in this instance. Robin has been nothing but extremely rude and even told me NOT to renew my policy with AmFam (which is hilarious in my opinion). This was after he was unable to answer a very simple question I had regarding my policy. (I've had an insurance policy with them for 6 months and every month I have had the not so pleasurable experience of speaking with Robin in particular.) Not only did he try to place blame on me for the fact that he once again gave me incorrect information on my policy but when called out on that fact, he has been nothing but rude and even proceeded to hang up on me today... of course that was after he told me not the renew my policy and couldn't even answer my question in the first place. When I tried to call back and speak with a manager I was immediately sent to voicemail. Every where that I can make people aware of the horrible service and uneducated staffing at this location, I will be sure to post. I'm hoping this will prompt people to go to a different location so that no one else will receive such horrible service. They don't even have a profile at the BBB otherwise I would have posted there as well... very disappointed as a paying customer to have to deal with such heinous customer service
